make sure that you send an email at the start, asking for student to repsond with an attachment, so you can check that you are ablte to open it.

Encourage them to network with each other following the Induction day. Also keep in contact with the tutor.

Send a welcoming email to the student following the induction day asking them to reply with an attachment.
